The program is organized by the Salesian Youth Movement Coordinator in conjunction with the Salesian Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry. The YAR introduces and presents Salesian Youth Spirituality through a series of witness talks, activities, experiences of prayer, and discussions–leading participants into a deeper relationship with Jesus, a renewed sense of belonging in the Church, and a stronger sense of their Salesian identity.

If you are flying, please make your flights according to the following requirements:

Once your ticket has been purchased, please send the itinerary to the Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry (email@example.com). All flights must arrive at Tampa on the 27th and depart from Tampa after 6:00 pm on the 29th.
Include your cell phone number in your transportation plan, so that we can call you if we can’t find you. Put these numbers in your phone so you know how to reach us.
All of you will be placed in the Slack group chat. This way, we will have access to communicate with you before, and after, the YAR program. Please make sure you are actively communicating in this chat room to share your updates on travel.
Those who will be driving to the program must arrive by 4:00pm and park in the appropriate parking lots by the dorm areas.
